The Way 2 Life
Verses on Judgment and what is waiting for the unsaved.

Now when we look at these verses that show the "real" Judgment Day, they show clearly that Judgment Day is when Christ visibly returns as the Judge and all consciously stand before Him, and suffer anguish and pain.

"A fiery stream issued and came forth from before him: thousand thousands ministered unto him, and ten thousand times ten thousand stood before him: the judgment was set, and the books were opened."  Daniel 7:10

Ten thousands stand before Christ as the books are opened...

"But I say unto you, That every idle word that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment"  Matthew 12:36

Every idle word men shall "give account" in the Day of Judgment

The Word of God will judge the unsaved on the last day

"But I say unto you, It shall be more tolerable for Tyre and Si'-don at the day of judgment, than for youMatthew 11:22

Judgment Day will vary in degrees and all those who died in the past will consciously endure it, such as Tyre and Sidon and Chorazin

"But I say unto you, That it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom in the day of judgment, than for thee."  Matthew 11:24

Judgment Day will vary in degrees and all those who died in the past will consciously endure it, such as Sodom, Gomorrha and Capernuam

"When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on his right hand, but the goats on the left."  Matthew 25:31-33
All nations are standing before Christ's Judgment throne....the unsaved on the left hand, the saved on the right.

"Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man."  Luke 21:36

All humanity will "stand" before the Son of man

"And he commanded us to preach to the people, and to testify that it is he which was ordained of God to be the Judge of the living and the dead. "  Acts 10:42

Christ is the Judge of the living and the dead

"But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against THE DAY OF WRATH and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But to them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and ANGUISH, upon EVERY SOUL OF MAN THAT DOETH EVIL, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile"  Romans 2:5-9

The Day of wrath as God as God judges every man, for those that are unsaved, "tribulation and anguish" will come upon "every" unsaved soul.

"But why do you judge your brother? or why do you show comtempt for your brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.  So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God."  Romans 14:10-12

All stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ to "give account"

"For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ; that every one may receive the things done in his body, according to that he hath done, whether it be good or bad. Knowing therefore the terror of the Lord, we persuade men; but we are made manifest unto God; and I trust also are made manifest in your consciences"  II Corinthians 5:10-11

The terror of the Lord is the Judgment Seat of Christ that all will appear berfore...

"And to you who are troubled rest with us, when the Lord Jesus shall be revealed from heaven with his mighty angels, In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;"  II Thess 2:7-9

When Christ "is revealed" all the unsaved will come under "vengeance."

"And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment: So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many; and unto them that look for him shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation"  Hebrews 9:27-28

The unsaved are "reserved" unto the Day of Judgment "to be punished

"And Enoch also, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of these, saying, Behold, the Lord cometh with ten thousands of his saints, To execute judgment upon all, and to convince all that are ungodly among them of all their ungodly deeds which they have ungodly committed, and of all their hard speeches which ungodly sinners have spoken against him."  Jude 1:14-15

Christ returns with ten thousands of His saints to execute judgment and convince the ungodly of their ungodly deeds

"And the nations were angry, and your wrath has come, and the time of the dead, that they should be judged, and that you should give reward unto your servants the prophets, and to the saints, and them that fear thy name, small and great; and should destroy them which destroy the earth."  Revelation 11:18

The unsaved are "angry" as "the time of the dead" are judged

"And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them. And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works."  Revelation 20:11-12

All humanity stand before the Judgment throne of Christ as the books are opened...

All these verses are in the Bible for a reason to remind mankind of what is coming. Mankind can not escape it by physical death, or pretending it is not there. They can not escape it by ignoring it, or running to other religions where there is no God or savior. There is only one God, with three persons in One. The Father , Son and Holy Spirit.

7 For there are three that bear witness in heaven: the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit; and these three are one.1 John 5:7

Jesus Said: "I and My Father are one.” John 10:30

"6 Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me." John 14:6

There is no other way to come to the goodness and forgiveness of God accept through Jesus Christ, and He will judge the living and the dead on the Last Day. No one will escape this , and no one can be delivered unto grace unless they have had their sins paid for by Jesus Christ and only Jesus Christ who is the one and only Son of God, who came to save the sinner whom the Father had given to Him to save.
