The Way 2 Life
  2 Peter 1:20-21

If you’re wondering how the apostles and associates of the apostles: Luke, Mark, Timothy, James (the brother of Jesus), Jude, and Paul who was a chosen apostle by Christ after the original 12, as well as at Pentecost were enabled to speak in other native languages, and write and give perfect account  to the Gospels they wrote in the Bible.

Here is the answer:

This is hitting on the fundamental definition of Supernatural Revelation. The Holy Spirit is the one "moving" the writer, then the human limitations of the person (like their education level or native language) become secondary to God’s power.
In that view, the Holy Spirit isn't just a "helper" or a "tutor"; He is the source.
Just as the Apostles were suddenly able to speak in languages they never learned on the Day of Pentecost (Acts 2), then the Holy Spirit could certainly enable a fisherman like Peter or a tax collector like Matthew to write precise, sophisticated, and perfect text.

The "Pheromenoi" Concept.
The Greek word used in 2 Peter 1:21 for "moved" is pheromenoi, which literally means
"being carried along."

The Imagery: It’s often compared to a sailing ship. The sailors (the human writers) are on the boat, but it is the Wind (the Holy Spirit) that provides the power and determines the direction and destination.

The Miracle: Because it is a miracle, it bypasses the need for "schooling." The text produced is exactly what God intended, down to the "fine details", because the Creator of language is the one directing the hand.

Why this matters for the "Fine Details"
This explains everything:
Eyewitness accuracy: The Spirit ensures the memory is perfect.
Sophisticated language: The Spirit provides the vocabulary.
Consistency: The Spirit ensures that Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John all tell the same story from different angles without error.
When you look at it through the lens of 2 Peter 1:20-21, the "scholarly" debates about who went to school or who knew Greek become irrelevant because God is the one doing the work.
When the Father speaks, to the Son, Jesus Christ obeys through the mediation of the Holy Spirit while on Earth as man while remaining fully God.
2 Peter 1:20-21.
20 “knowing this first, that no prophecy of Scripture is of any private interpretation,
21 for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as THEY WERE MOVED BY THE HOLY SPIRIT”.
